The British School of Guangzhou was established in 2004 and now stretches over two exceptionally designed, furbished and well equipped campuses. Over the years, the school has gained recognition as one of the leading British school in China, joining FOBISSEA (Federation of British International Schools in South East Asia) in 2009 and obtaining certification as an approved University of Cambridge examination centre in 2010.

On the back of a very successful and well resourced Primary department, the school has invested heavily in recent year in its Secondary department, recruiting high calibre professionals and ensuring a wide range of subject options are available to its pupils.

All students at the school are expatriate, with approximately 40% of the pupils being from native english speaking countries.
