Secondary Science Teacher

Job summary

The International School of Moscow seeks a well-qualified and experienced teacher of Science with a proven track record of achieving high academic standards. The successful candidate will possess a dynamic and creative approach to teaching and will demonstrate a commitment to incorporating ICT into lessons. She/ He will join the existing team in the development of our Secondary Science curriculum up to IGCSE level. Leadership and coordination opportunities may exist for a suitable person with management experience and/or aspirations.

Are UK trained or have relevant UK national curriculum experience.

Are committed to constant improvement of an already vibrant curriculum.

Have good interpersonal skills and work well in teams.

Possess strong IT skills and have good IWB knowledge.

Are reflective and seek to develop their classroom practice.

Have an understanding of AfL practice in the classroom.

Are adaptable and able to enjoy teaching at KS3 and 4 levels.

Understand the value of consistent application of school policies.
